Decoration of a home may depend on the personality of your dad like some fathers like gardening and flowers. Some of them like handmade items which reflect the craftsmanship. So use the accessories according to your dad’s choice. Decorating a home is a big task if you do it without any plan but if you think that it is impossible then it’s not true. Suppose, your father is not at home and goes outside for any work or to join any party, in that case how can you celebrate Father’s Day? • Decorate with Banner:

  Just a simple ‘Happy Father’s Day’ or ‘Love You Dad’ will make a difference. When he wakes up in the morning and sees a banner of Father’s Day, it is bound to make him happy. You should hang it in a way which is easily visible. You can buy it from a shop but if you make it yourself then it will look more valuable.

• Add Photographs:

  Adding some snap of you and him will make your father’s day memorable. Make a collage of yourself and your father’s photos or make a picture of one of the best moments of your life. Put the frame on his room or in another corner or place where he spends most of its time.

• Put some cushions:

  I think it is a good idea to arrange some pillows and cushions with a quote on Daddy from your side. It can work as a conversation starter and make him feel proud of you after seeing your efforts which you do for making his day special. Don’t buy normal cushions and pillow. You should take some designer pillows. Take a designer pillow and print a pic of your dad with you and quotes related to Father’s day on it.

• Put a handmade area rug:

  Handmade carpet is woven in a natural material and it is a long-lasting It may be possible that you have any carpet which contains your childhood memories or any handmade area rug which contains your parent’s memories and one of the favorites of your father then take that carpet and send it for cleaning. You can also clean it at your home because it is 100% hand washable.

If you don’t have any carpet and also don’t have enough money to buy a new one then you can shop a handmade dhurrie which is the best substitute for a handmade carpet and very useful for the summer. It is much cheaper than a handmade rug.

Place your beautiful rug on floor and put furniture on it. You can also use a small carpet and put it close to your door as a doormat. If you have one new rug and another old one and you want to show both rugs then always use new carpet as a wall hanging and another old one for floor.
